Hmmm... Now i have all kinds of ideas for little cheesecakes.
But not today.
Sort of handy one-person cakes, you could just make a bunch, and get one out of the fridge and eat it.. *drools*

Hmmm.. i wonder what would be a good form to put them in, and what to use as a crust. So you can just hold it in your hand for a while and eat em without the use of any eating utensils..

dont use crust silly, put em in the fridge 4 a lil bit, it will get hard enough, it wont fall apart
yes, i know. but you want to be able to hold them without getting it on your fingers.
maybe if it was a circle
make a simple pastry and line the cups of a
cupcake pan with them... then fill and set. [img]smile.gif[/img]
only problem - i don't have a cupcake pan :|
